Lady Trojans end basketball season with loss to Osborne
The Logan Trojans played in the Regional Tournament this week. On the girls side, the Lady Trojans hosted Rock Hills on Tuesday, Feb. 25 where they won easily with a score 45-30. Junior Khloee Braun dominated in the paint score a career high of 21 points. The girls then traveled to Mankato for the second round of tournament action where they played Osborne. Both teams played tough and the score was tied at 32 at halftime. The hot-shooting Bulldogs came out in the third quarter and put up 20 points compared to just 6 for the Trojans. The Bulldogs held that lead and finished the game with a score of 46-63, advancing Osborne into Sub-State play and a championship match versus Thunder Ridge. For the Lady Trojans, 5 seniors took off their basketball shoes for the final time. Camryn Greving and Khloee Braun each scored 14 points with Harlee Voss and Kelcee Braun each adding 9.
