The LHS tracksters went to compete at Osborne's Kaser Relays on Friday, April 21.
The LHS athletes who placed in the top 6 in their events are as follows:
Jesse Bebb placed 5th in the 1 mile run with a time of 5:01.18
Jesse also placed 5th in the 2 mile run with a time of 11:30.96
Riley Allen placed 5th in High jump with a jump of 5'8"
Matt Kirkendall placed 6th in Pole Vault with a Vault of 8'6"
Michael Daniels placed 5th in Shot Put with a throw of 39'11.75"
Faith Hofaker placed 3rd in the 1 mile run with a time of 6:13.24
Faith also placed 6th in the 2 mile run with a time of 14:35.19
The LHS Girls 4x100 placed 4th with a time of 54.59
The LHS Girls 4x400 placed 2nd with a time of 4:33.94
Ryann Kats placed 5th in the 400 meter with a time of 1:07.28
Ryann also placed 3rd in Pole Vault with a vault of 8'
Camryn Greving placed 6th in javelin with a throw of 93'
The LHS tracksters headed out for the Hill City invitational track meet on Thursday, April 13.
Those athletes who placed in the top five of their events are as follows:
Josh Van Laeys finished 5th place in javelin throwing 148' 6"
Ryann Kats placed 3rd in pole vault with 8' 6"
Camryn Greving placed 4th in shot put with a throw of 33' 3.25"
The Logan girls 4 x 100 team placed 3rd with a time of 54.50
Jesse Bebb placed 3rd in the mile run with a time of 5:03.23
The Logan girls 4 x 400 team placed 4th with the time of 4:21.18
Riley Allen placed 4th in the 200 m dash with the time of 24.41
Miranda Shellito placed 5th in long jump with a jump of 14'0.5"

The LHS varsity track team traveled to Colby for the Triplains invitational meet on Tuesday April 11. It was a day full of sunburns and hard work.
The LHS tracksters who placed in the top five of their events included: Riley Allen - 3rd boys 100 meter dash - 2nd boys 200 meter dash and 4th boys high jump, Crystal Bliss - 5th girls 200 meter dash, Ryann Kats - 5th girls 400 meter run and 2nd girls pole vault, Jesse Bebb- 4th boys mile, Karlee Braun, Harlee Voss, Crystal Bliss, and Ryann Kats - 2nd girls 4x100 meter relay, Karlee Braun, Faith Hofaker, Crystal Bliss and Ryann Kats- 2nd girls 4x400 meter relay, Michael Daniels - 2nd boys shot put, Lexi Hilburn - 2nd girls shot put, Josh Van Laeys- 5th boys discus and 4th boys javelin, and Miranda Shellito - 3rd girls pole vault.
The junior varsity track team traveled to Stockton on Tuesday. We do not have results of the Stockton meet.

The Logan track and field team traveled to Norton on Friday, April 7 for the annual Norton invitational meet. The schools competing in the meet included Norton, Phillipsburg, Logan, Colby, Goodland, and Northern Valley.
The Logan athletes who placed in the top five of their events included: Riley Allen - 3rd boys 200 meter dash and 4th boys high jump, Faith Hofaker - 5th girls mile, Jesse Bebb - 2nd boys mile, Karlee Braun, Crystal Bliss, Ryann Kats, and Harlee Voss - 4th girls 4x100 meter relay, Ryann Kats - 4th girls 400 meter dash and 5th girls pole vault , Madison Gottstine - 5th girls 800 meter run, Karlee Braun, Crystal Bliss, Faith Hofaker, and Ryann Kats - 2nd girls 4x400 meter relay, Alyssa DeBoer - 3rd girls discus, Camryn Greving - 5th girls javelin and 1st girls shot put, Josh Van Laeys - 4th boys javelin, Lexi Hilburn- 2nd girls shot put, Michael Daniels - 5th boys shot put.
The LHS girls team placed 7th overall and the boys team placed 6th.
The LHS tracksters had at least one team member placing in the top five in fifteen different events. Good job Trojans and good luck at Colby & Stockton on Tuesday, April 11!
