Lisa Gayle’s Going-Ons
October 1, 2026
WOW! Hard to believe October is here. September just flew by. Our Trojan Family had many successes in sports as well as activities. Football and Volleyball won some games, FFA received trophies, KAY adopted a highway were just a few of the great things happening.
I continue to be amazed how wonderful this school and community is. I just wish each of you could walk through the halls and see these incredible individuals that meet the challenge everyday. PreK kiddos to Seniors who share a smile, a laugh and just love being here. A board that supports us at every turn with a listening ear and encouragement. Staff that truly go above and beyond wearing many hats. All of these people make Logan a special piece of heaven.

I read this the other day….very powerful:
How much kinder would we be if we knew, at the end of the week, we’d be shown our 5 ugliest moments toward other people…on film?
KINDNESS IS A REFLECTION OF OUR SOUL! I appreciate yall!!! We are making a difference!
Sept 7
What a great first week with the excitement of the first few days. Hard work is paying off on the field and court with wins in volleyball and football. FFA has had their movie night and several events already. Love walking through the halls and hearing the band play and the choir singing as well as teachers conducting class. During lunch, students are actively engaged playing chess, as well as other games in the library with lots of laughter and smiles. The grounds look amazing and the school is immaculate. The aroma from the cafeteria have students and faculty starving before they get to eat the delicious food. Elementary Alley is full of science experiments, centers, reading, collaborating, and energy. Students are reading and discussing 1984, taking pictures of events, solving math equations and lifting weights. The school is just a hub of activity and learning. What a wonderful start to the year.
