JH Scholars Bowl competes at Long Island
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Logan Junior High Scholars Bowl team went to Northern Valley Thursday and competed against 5 other teams: Heartland Christian, Western Plains, Thunder Ridge, Northern Valley, and Alma. We do not know placing for the day as there was a mix up with score sheets that they are currently sorting out. 8th grade record for the day was 3-2. They beat Western Plains, Northern Valley, and Thunder Ridge. They lost to Alma and Heartland Christian. 7th grade record for the day was 2-3. They won against Northern Valley and Thunder Ridge. They lost to Western Plains, Alma, and Heartland Christian. Those participating were: 7th graders Helen Prewo, Kinley VanDerVeen, Tucker Ellenberger and Tobin Kats; 8th graders Keegan Breese, Weston Ruff, Jeffery Bliss, John Sparks and Clay Grammon.
