3 Year Old and Kindergarten Screen Testing
Launch the media gallery 1 player3-year-old preschool screenings for the 2021-2022 school year have been scheduled for Friday, April 23, 2021, at Logan Elementary. Children who will be three during the next school year are eligible for the screen. Each parent is asked to provide the following information on the day of the screening.
1) Certified copy of birth record
2) Immunization record
All parents of children eligible to attend 3-year-old preschool next year are encouraged to call 785-689-4631 to register your child with the school. If you should have any questions, please contact the elementary office.
All parents of children who are not currently attending preschool in Logan, but will be entering kindergarten are encouraged to call 785-689-4631 to register your child with the school and set up a screen. Children who will be five before August 31, 2021, are eligible for kindergarten.
