Orders due by March 11th!

All shirt sizes will be youth sizes S-L and Adult sizes S-3XL (the 2XL and up will be $3.00 extra) 

Prices will be: 

Striped Shirts - $15.00 each  ($3.00 for 2XL and up) Examples shown below.

Reg. Plain Shirts $8.00 each ($3.00 for 2XL and up)  Examples show below.       

Grey Shirts $8.00 each ($3.00 for 2XL and up)    Example show below.     

 

 

For Google Users, 
1. Click Here for T-shirt Order forms.
2. Click the Blue make a copy button.
3. Fill out form.
4. Click the blue share button in the top right hand corner.
5. On the add people and groups line provided, type jgottstine@logan326.net and click the blue send button.
6. Then you may close the tab.

For Microsoft Users,
1. Click Here for the form. (The file should have downloaded to your computer.)
2. Then select the downloaded document from the download section of the page. (That will open the form.)
3. Complete the form. 
4. Click the blue share button in the top right hand corner.
5. On the add people and groups line provided, type jgottstine@logan326.net.
6. Then press the paper airplane in the top left corner of the screen. (That will send the email.)
