Logan tracksters open their season at Norton
The Logan track team traveled to Norton on Thursday, April 5 to compete in their first meet of the season. Riley Allen placed fifth in the 4x1, second in high jump, fourth in the 200 meter dash, and third in the 100 meter dash. Michael Daniels placed fourth in shot put. Lane Stapleton, Cody Brown and Zach Jansonius placed fifth in the 4x1.
Ryann Kats placed third in pole vault and fourth in the 400 meter dash. Lexi HIlburn placed third in shot put. Camryn Greving placed second in shot put, fourth in javelin, and sixth in discus. Emma Rust placed seventh in shot put. Jessie Jackson placed fourth in pole vault, 5th in the 300 hurdles and 5th in the 100 hurdles. The 4x100 team of Jessie Jackson, Haylee Tien, Harlee Voss and Ryann Kats earned a 5th place finish.
The next track meet will be in Colby Tuesday, April 10.
