Lady Trojans fight hard but lose to NV
In the opening round of the WKLL Basketball Tournament the Lady Trojans found themselves playing the Northern Valley Huskies for the second time in a four day span. At halftime the Trojans found themselves within four of the Huskies and were having some success with their full court pressure. However the 3rd quarter proved to be the paralyzing blow as the Huskies got hot and went up by 12 and then went on to win the game by a score of 36-52. The Lady Trojans will now slide to the consultation side of the bracket and play Wheatland/Grinnell at Colby High School on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 6:00.
