Scholars place 6th at State
Launch the media gallery 1 playerLogan traveled to Wilson for the State Scholar's Bowl on Saturday, February 13th. They faced Cunningham, Hutchinson-Central Christian, Rolla, Sharon Springs-Wallace County, & Axtell. After going 2-3 in pool play, there was a 3 way tie for 3rd between Axtell, Logan, & Hutch-Central Christian. Logan won all the tie-breakers advancing them to finals. The top 6 teams (Rolla, Ransom-Western Plains, Randolph-Blue Valley, Cunningham, Wilson, & Logan) then had a round robin to determine the top 3 teams in 1A Division 2 State. Logan went 0-5 losing 4 of the matches by 20 points or less. This gave the Logan Trojans the 6th Placing.
Members of the State team were: Riley Stockman, Chase Archer, Faith Hofaker, Leamarie Edwards, Kayla Hofaker, & Makenzie Jansonius.
